Product Description

Dependable Scrap Chopper for Processing High Volumes of Scrap Metals.

The SWEED Model 510 XHD is a heavy-duty scrap chopper built for operations that generate high volumes of tough linear metal scrap. A proven SWEED workhorse for decades, the Model 510 XHD delivers the robust cutting capacity and dependable performance needed to process demanding materials quickly and reliably in multi-shift production environments.

Ideal for heavier steel banding and band saw blades, the Model 510 XHD turns long, difficult-to-handle scrap into short, manageable pieces right where it’s generated. Processing scrap at the source helps improve workplace housekeeping and safety, maximize container capacity, reduce waste handling and disposal costs, and prepare valuable metal scrap for easier collection and recycling.
