Model 450 DDX
Our versatile solution for packaging materials features dual driven feedworks for superior processing capability. Efficiently handles both steel banding and PET strapping while offering simple operation and maintenance. The dual driven design ensures consistent material flow even with mixed materials, while the compact footprint allows strategic placement throughout your facility. With processing speeds up to 120 FPM and multiple knife configurations available, the 450 DDX adapts to your specific volume requirements.
Model 450 SL
Purpose-engineered for modern slitter line operations, the Model 450 SL eliminates the challenges of edge trim handling. This specialized system typically features dual choppers working in tandem to process both edges simultaneously, drastically improving line efficiency and workplace safety. The integrated design eliminates the need for traditional scrap winders, while customizable infeed options ensure perfect alignment with your production line specifications.
Model TS450
Specially designed for tube and pipe manufacturers, the TS450 safely processes hot, sharp O.D. bead scarf while eliminating traditional scrap winder challenges. This specialized unit features a frequency drive, high-performance knives, and advanced cooling dynamics to handle the demanding conditions of tube and pipe production. The front roller infeed guide and 24v magnetic particle clutch ensure consistent material flow and tension control. Integrated seamlessly into the product line, this design allows operators to thread scarf just once per run.
