Maximize Dryer Production.
A must-have for maximizing dryer fill rate, SWEED’s lappers (even-enders) add to an existing infeed roll section and can come with all new infeed roll section builds.* Lappers are easy to install and essential to dryer fill rate. Often providing return on investment within just a matter of months, a 1% production gain is realized for every inch of overlap.
The Infeed Lappers lift the forward veneer sheet automatically to allow the trailing sheet to slide underneath, and then lowers the forward sheet back onto the trailing sheet with an ideal overlap as the sheets proceed into the dryer, maximizing fill rate and efficiency.
