Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is excellent with people, and possesses a knack for providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is a strong communicator with previous internal manufacturing sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead point of contact for parts sales in one of our product lines, and you will be a knowledgeable back-up for our other two product lines.
  • Primary person for fielding initial sales phone inquiries, addressing customer needs with professionalism, and processing orders with precision.
  • Discuss design and technical features of our products and parts. Advising customers on product usage and suggested improvements.
  • Facilitate sales campaigns that will grow our customer base and sales.
  • Fluent in ERP and CRM programs for sales optimization.
  • Generate quotes, follow up on leads, and manage daily parts orders to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with customers to monitor order status, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to support customer inquiries and resolve questions with informed, technical guidance.

Background and Education

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing inside sales or an equivalent industry preferred.
  • Highschool diploma required.

  • Be able to work in a drug-free environment.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and health screening.
