Key Responsibilities
- Lead point of contact for parts sales in one of our product lines, and you will be a knowledgeable back-up for our other two product lines.
- Primary person for fielding initial sales phone inquiries, addressing customer needs with professionalism, and processing orders with precision.
- Discuss design and technical features of our products and parts. Advising customers on product usage and suggested improvements.
- Facilitate sales campaigns that will grow our customer base and sales.
- Fluent in ERP and CRM programs for sales optimization.
- Generate quotes, follow up on leads, and manage daily parts orders to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.
- Collaborate with customers to monitor order status, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with our engineering team to support customer inquiries and resolve questions with informed, technical guidance.
