SWEED Machinery, Inc. (“SWEED” or “we”) recognizes the importance of the privacy of all Users we communicate with. This Privacy Policy manages the manner in which SWEED collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from Users (each, a “User”) of the https://www.sweed.com website (“Site”). The use of information collected through our marketing channels are limited to the purpose of providing the information, service, assistance, or product for which the User has engaged. Use of our Site, and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Sweed Machinery, Inc.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION: We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, download any content, submit a request for quote, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Site. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION

SWEED is committed to only collecting the minimum amount of data from a User to fulfill the purpose of our customer service activities. SWEED may collect and use a User’s personal information for the following reasons:

To Improve Customer Service
Information a User provides assists us in responding to a User’s customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

To Personalize User Experience
SWEED may use a User’s combined information to understand how our Users use the resources and information provided on our Site by customizing content, products and services that are offered and relevant to the User.

To Improve Our Site
SWEED may use User feedback to improve our products and services.

To Process Payments
SWEED may use the information Users provide when placing an order only to provide service for that order. SWEED does not share payment information with any outside party except to process payments.

To Send Occasional Emails
SWEED may use an email address to send User information and updates pertaining to a User’s order. These types of person-to-person emails are a means of communication between a SWEED representative and the User. A person-to-person email from SWEED in this regard may include (but is not limited to) responding to a User’s inquiry, questions, technical assistance, requests for quotations, and/or any other request originally initiated by the User. If a User opts in to SWEED’s e-mail list, via a subscribe button, or by submitting their email address through our website in order to obtain information and/or resources, that User may also receive emails that include (but not limited to) company news, updates, related product and/or service information. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, unsubscribe instructions can be found at the bottom of each such email. A User may also contact SWEED via our Site to make an unsubscribe request.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

SWEED does not sell, trade, or rent User’s personal identification information to others. SWEED may share generic aggregated information that is not linked to a User’s personal identification information with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes stated within this Privacy Policy. SWEED may also use third parties to assist us in operating our business, Site, or administer marketing related activities (that a User has opted in to) on our behalf. SWEED may share a User’s information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that the User has given us their permission.
