The SWEED Right-Angle Unloader offers a quick and systematic solution for unloading the dryer while efficiently changing the direction of the veneer flow into the dry-veneer stacker. Notably, it eliminates the need for a belted apron and cross transfer chains. SWEED’s Right-Angle Unloader stands as an automated unloading conveyance system with outstanding presentation to the stacker and requires no manual labor for operation.
Working independently from the dryer, SWEED’s Right-Angle Unloader features advanced photo-eye technology for detecting veneer. It smoothly transfers sheets to an even-ending jump-belt section before offloading them to the veneer stacker infeed. What sets this unloader apart is its ability to temporarily store veneer for up to 1 minute, allowing for brief pauses to address problems at the grader or stacker. This added flexibility means that you can address issues without the need to stop the dryer, making it an incredibly versatile and efficient choice. Its compact footprint also makes it perfect for fitting into tight spaces.
